Cacao Nibs are dried portions of the cacao bean, from which chocolate is made. With a texture similar to coffee beans and a rich, slightly bitter, aromatic chocolate flavor; cacao nibs are a powerhouse of antioxidants. Use in tea blends or baking for a boost of true chocolate flavor.
