Hibiscus Sugar

Hibiscus Sugar is made with turbinado sugar and ground Hibiscus petals. It has a wonderfully citrus flavor. Toss with fresh spinach, walnuts and a vinegarette for a fruity summer salad. Sprinkle on lemon bars for a beautiful presentation. It is the perfect finishing sugar for fruit scones!
