Jamaican Curry is similar in flavor to other curry blends. One difference is the addition of allspice, which adds a woodsy and piney note. The strong flavor profile goes perfectly with flavorful meats like beef and pork, and especially goat. Of course, the most prolific curry dish is chicken curry.
