It can also help when stress or cortisol blocks sleep (taken earlier in the day only) Rhodiola root powder is typically taken in capsule form, but it may be used in tisanes and tonics or mixed into cooked foods.
Caution: Rhodiola root powder should not be taken longer than 6-12 weeks at a time.
